work plan) of the research project Research project progress: Research project location, duration and number of visits - This research project will be conducted at faculty of sport science in the University of Marmara- Istanbul. The participation in this project will last for (6 weeks) and will include 4 visits of approximately (1 - 1:30-2) hour each. 1. First visit: to familiarize and take initial measurements. It will last approximately (1:30-2) hour, It contained - The first Consert form. - General caracteristiques (Eye medications que, medical conditions que, lifestyle behaviour que). - Body composition and muscle function (anthropometric measures & handgrip strength & body composition. - PASE (physical activity scale). - ISI (insomnia severity index). - How to do arm press regimens. - How to do leg press regimens. - How to do arm and leg (weightlifting) press regimens. 2. Second visit The second visit will last approximately (1) hour. Participants will performed three arm press regimens: one repetition using 95% of maximal load (1RM), six repetitions using 75% of maximal load (6RM) and isometric push against a weight much heavier than maximal load (ISO). During this visit we will measure variable such as measuring intraocular pressure IOP for the right and left eyes every 5 min, (heart rat HR, blood pressure BP, blood oxygen BO2, will be taken every 5min, and for the blood lactate BL and blood glucose BG, will be taken every 10 min. This step will be used to determine your anaerobic maximal load and will allow you to adjust the exercise (RM) repetitions, for the visits that follow. We will explain more about the sessions and answer all your questions. 3. Third Visit In this visit Participants will perform three leg press regimens: one repetition using 95% of maximal load (1RM), six repetitions using 75% of maximal load (6RM) and isometric push against a weight much heavier than maximal load (ISO). all variables will take, measuring intraocular pressure IOP for the right and left eyes every 5 min. 4. Fourth Visit In this visit Participants will perform three (arm and leg) press regimens: one repetition using 95% of maximal load (1RM), six repetitions using 75% of maximal load (6RM) and isometric push against a weight much heavier than maximal load (ISO). All variables will take, measuring intraocular pressure IOP for the right and left eyes every 5 min, plus measuring intraocular pressure IOP for the right and left eyes every 5 min.
