Description

This is a cross-sectional survey study investigating how Palestinian medical students perceive and emotionally respond to the rise of generative AI tools like ChatGPT. Using the validated FAME Scale (12-item Likert instrument), the study maps anxiety levels across five dimensions, job displacement, skill relevance, AI limitations, professional identity, and ethics, while linking these to demographics. Demographics include, year of study, gender, GPA, and intended specialty. It is the first empirical study of its kind in Palestine, with potential to inform regional medical education policy.
